At-Home Baked French Fries
Whenever I make these french fries there is never leftovers. They are that good and super easy to make.Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes2 tablespoons olive oil
Lawry's Seasoning Salt (you can use sea salt if you would like, but the seasoning salt makes it extra delicious)
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.-Cut potatoes in half horizontally then proceed to cut into smaller frie shapes. Tip: the smaller the fries (about 1/3 in thick) the quicker they will cook and the crispier they will be. No matter what frie size you decide to make yours, just be sure that they are all the same size so they will cook properly.
-Place the cut potatoes into a bowl of cold water.
-Remove from water and dry thoroughly
-Toss with oil and seasoning salt and place of a lined greased baking sheet.
-Roast until cooked through and browned. Turn fries over about halfway through cooking. (about 25 minutes cook time)
